Meet the Rabbit Herd
Hello, my name is Aaron Webster and I am the owner of aarabbits, (AA Rabbitry) my Texas Champion Californian Rabbitry. I have proudly raised Californian Rabbits since 2006 when I became a member of the Willis 4-H Club. My original herd consisted of a grand total of three rabbits. Now I proudly have a large rabbitry consisting of over 200 rabbits. All the rabbits are Californians, at least at the time of this writing. One day I may introduce different breeds to my herd, however that is still in the future.....
When I first started raising rabbits my herd lived in my old tree house (named the Fort). The first building they expanded into was another multipurpose storage shed (The Blue Building). A little over a year ago when our rabbit population tripled we expanded into a whole new building which was constructed just for our rabbits. The new building was named the Rabbit Palace due to the fact that it was a very large improvement in setup. Lastly we built an improved replica of the Palace to expand our herd once more. This construction was named the "Rabbit Castle".
My Beloved Original Rabbits
Although I enjoy having a large rabbitry there are some things that I miss from the days when I just had 3 rabbits. My original rabbit trio were named after characters in a book named "Redwall". The two does were Cornflower and Cregga. The buck was named Rocky. When I first started caring for the rabbits I had plenty of time to spend individually on each of them. I had time to observe personalities, try to tame by hand feeding grain, etc.. Now I spend more of my time feeding, managing and breeding my herd.

The weights and age are solely based upon the date of creation of this page. It would be nearly impossible for me to keep all that up to date.
